Training

At UPARC we believe in equipping our employees with the knowledge they need to succeed.  We provide you with over 60 hours of paid trainings which take place during day time hours, all at our Clearwater facility.  The trainings are taught by certified instructors and you will receive a paper copy of your certification for each class that you take and pass.  All classes are directly related to the sensitive population we serve here at UPARC.  And, as you choose a particular program to work in – we have trainings that are specifically designed to aide you in working with the individuals in your care in our group homes and day programs. 

Once you make the decision to become a part of the UPARC family, you will have 90 days to complete the required training.  Knowledge and information are key to YOUR success as a staff member here at UPARC!
