As a current employee of UPARC, please know that no matter what position you hold with the company – YOU are an important and valued member of the team.  Whether you are an Aide in one of our Day Programs, an R.T.I. in a Group Home, a Home Manager, an Administrator or hold ANY position there in between – UPARC would cease to exist if you did not come to work each and every day and perform your job duties to the very best of your ability.  The individuals that we serve depend on you; UPARC depends on you.

 Don’t ever feel that you are not appreciated or valued.  Those you serve appreciate and value all you do for them every day, as do their parents and family members, as does your employer!
