UPARC Residential Programs

UPARC’s residential program is one of the most unique in all of Florida.  Boasting 23 Group homes to date and growing, we offer the comforts of home right here at UPARC.  When a parent or family member makes the choice to place their loved one with UPARC, they have not decided to enter into an institution.  Our Group Homes are exactly that – HOMES!  And, not just any old homes, but beautiful homes that you would be proud and amazed to call your own. 

Another great and unique feature about UPARC’s Group Homes is that the residents in each home are hand picked by Director’s according to their needs.  We have homes set up specifically for Adults with:  Aging/Dementia, Autism, Behavior Intensive, Dual Diagnosis, Mild/Moderate, Prader-Willi, and coming soon a children’s home!

Each of these Residential divisions has its’ own expert staff of an Associate Executive Director, Residential Director, Home Managers and Residential Training Instructors who all have a direct hand in assuring the health and safety of the residents on a day-to-day basis.  At UPARC the best quality of life for our residents is what we strive for and provide – and will accept nothing less.
